1.1 These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the website The Daily LA, available at thedailylosangelesnews.com (the "Site").

2.4 The Operator is established in Poland and runs the Site from Poland, wherever you read it from.
3. What the Site provides
3.1 The Site is provided free of charge. There is no paid area and no subscription.

4. Content made with artificial intelligence
4.1 A part of the content on the Site is produced with artificial intelligence tools. Every article made this way carries a notice above the text saying so.
4.2 That content is not reviewed by an editor before publication.
4.3 Language models can produce incomplete or incorrect statements. Check anything that matters against the original source.
4.4 Where illustrations are generated with artificial intelligence, they are labeled as such and are illustrative only — they do not show real people, places or events.
